Motel Rooms
All rooms are supplied with bedding, sheets and towels mini-refrigerators, microwave, 1 cup coffee pot/and pods, individual coffee creamers, Roku TV & Wi-Fi. All rooms have private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and Bathrooms do run on the smaller side. Please bring your own Beach Gear, all motel bedding, towels and chairs stay at the motel. All rooms are Non Smoking of Any Kind and No Pets are allowed.
Backyard and Beach
Behind the motel, in the grassy area, there are 2 fire pits, 2 charcoal grills, and 2 picnic tables and chairs for guests to share.
The beach is just a few minutes walk from the motel through one of Lexington's charming and friendly neighborhoods.
There is No Parking at the beach only for loading and unloading. No dogs allowed on beach or in rooms.
Please keep the beach clean and pack out what you bring.

Reservation & Policy Notice
Due to our short season and limited availability, a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged at the time of booking. This card will be kept on file and may be used for any unexpected incidents such as damages or excessive cleaning.
Check-In Process
We offer contactless check-in for your convenience. Guests will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with check-in instructions on the morning of their arrival date.
Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, early departures, or unforeseen natural weather conditions.
Beach House Bookings
Weekend reservations for the Beach House must be booked in full—we do not split weekends (e.g., Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday only). Holiday weekends require a minimum three-night stay.
Motel Guests & Parking
Our motel is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Due to limited parking, only one parking space is available per motel room.
Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the property without a refund if they are unruly, disruptive, or in violation of motel policies.

🛎️ Lakewinds Motel Guest Refund Policy
At Lakewinds Motel, we pride ourselves on delivering a quality stay that many of our guests love. To ensure fairness and uphold our service standards, we’ve outlined the following refund policy for various guest scenarios.
Guests must notify our staff of any issues during their stay. We are happy to assist immediately to resolve any concerns.
Refund requests based on unreported issues will not be accepted after checkout.
Refunds requested after checkout will be considered only if:
A legitimate issue is verified.
The guest explains why it wasn’t reported during the stay.
Subjective dissatisfaction without a reported problem does not qualify for a refund, especially when the room receives consistently positive reviews from other guests.
Guests who choose to leave early are not eligible for refunds unless the departure is due to a verified issue that was reported and unresolved during their stay.
Rooms not claimed by midnight on the check-in date may be forfeited.
Refunds are not granted for missed or delayed arrival.
Refunds will be denied if the room is left in poor condition or shows signs of misuse. This includes excessive mess, damage, or rule violations.
We reserve the right to deny refunds based on false, exaggerated, or unverifiable complaints.
Bringing pets or unregistered guests without permission may result in a penalty and disqualification from refund eligibility.
